On behalf of the dedicated men and women of the Bedford Police Department, I would like to welcome you to our website. I was appointed Chief of Police in November, 2022 and  I am honored to lead these professional, well trained officers who serve with respect and compassion. Serving the community with honor and integrity is our commitment to you.

The officers of the Bedford Police Department are committed to serving all community members. We recognize that building, maintaining and enhancing the community’s trust is a key element in our organizational philosophy. To achieve this goal, we will continually strive to enhance our community partnerships, while improving the quality of life in Bedford.
